On April 2010; Fair Clearance Ltd. started its activity as it was established as a company under the activities of customs clearance and transportations and gained fame in these fields especially the customs clearance in the free zones, thus Fair Clearance joined the group of companies owned by Mr. Amgad Mokhtar following Legal Fair (the reputable law firm) well known in the legal field since 15 years which distinguishes Fair Clearance as it became a logistics company with legal background, that qualified it to interpret the governmental laws, decrees and regulations regarding the customs procedures and to execute the tasks assigned to it according to the client's needs.
